Return Policy

Our highest goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with the item(s) that you receive, or if you have experienced any problems with your service or delivery, please let us know right away so we can make it right for you.

Defective Items: If your purchase arrives in damaged condition or we have made a shipping error, we will gladly correct it by replacing your item with a brand new one. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by email, so we will be looking for your return, and then follow the return instructions below.

Non-Defective Items: Because our selections are offered at dramatic discounts below retail, we work very hard to keep costs down, and are therefore unable to allow the "borrowing" of our jewelry or any cash refunds at this time, under any circumstances. We do not pad our prices with those margins so that our customers get the best possible pricing. However, you are welcome to return any item within 10 days of receipt for an in-store credit in the amount of your original purchase price, to be applied toward any other item(s) in our webstore that you might prefer. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by email, so we will be looking for your return, and then follow the return instructions below.

Size Exchanges: You are welcome to return any chain or ring that does not fit comfortably for an exchange of another size. Please note: There is a $3.00 fee for size exchanges, to cover the cost of shipping and handling only. Payment may be included with your return. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by email, so we will be looking for your return, and then follow the return instructions below.

Return Instructions:

To return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit in the full amount of your purchase price:

    1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt, so we will know you are returning your item (you do not need a return authorization);

    2. Package your return item(s) carefully (in the original box is best, but not required) for safe transit;

    3. Include your full name and order number (printed at the top of your receipt) inside your package;

    4. If you are requesting a size exchange, please include your $3.00 s/h exchange fee with your return;

    5. For security purposes, do not write the word "Jewelry" or "Return" on the outside of your package;

    6. Mail to the following address:

    7. Be sure to include the reason you are returning your item. If you fail to include this information, we will not take any action until we hear from you.

We will notify you by email immediately on receipt of your return package, and your exchange or store credit will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
