Payment Options

We accept major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal payments, Google Checkout, cashier's check or money order. Money orders must be U.S. or International money orders in US funds only. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Shipping Options

Within the United States: We ship via US Postal Service. Standard First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail delivery services are available during checkout. All in-stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, excluding Sundays and holidays. If we are out of stock, you will receive an email notification within that same 24 to 48 hours.

If you need your item by a specific date, please email us with your requirements so that we can accommodate you. Please note that longer delivery times are often experienced around the holidays due to heavy postal volume.

Although we have made it optional, we highly recommend you insure your packages, as the US Postal Service does not guarantee or reimburse for uninsured items that may be lost or damaged during transit. Insurance is only $1.50 for purchases up to $100.

Your shipping cost includes rush processing and gift boxing on all items. Domestic shipping rates are as follows:

        USPS First Class: First item $4.99, additional items $0.99 each. Standard delivery time 7 to 10 days.

        USPS Priority Mail: First item $6.99, additional items $0.99 each. Standard delivery time 3 to 5 days.

        USPS Express Mail: First item $19.99, additional items $0.99 each. The USPS guaranteed delivery time 1 to 2 days.

International Shipping Options: We are proud to ship worldwide for a flat fee. Standard shipping is via USPS International First Class (Airmail) for a standard delivery time of 7 to 10 days. Rush delivery is also available via USPS Global Priority Mail.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an automated shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched to you. That email will include your order details, dispatch date, carrier method, and Delivery Confirmation number or tracking number, if available. Please make sure you are able to receive emails from Sales@LeLoftJewelry.com.

Within the United States: PLEASE NOTE that First Class & Priority Mail shipments are NOT provided with a tracking number by the USPS. We include a delivery confirmation number in most cases, as your package identifier; however, this number is scanned in on successful delivery only, & will not provide real-time tracking while in transit. If you have ordered Express Mail delivery, a tracking number IS included and will be emailed to you.

International Shipments: PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to track your package once it has left the US; you will need to contact your local customs office or post office with your customs form number to track your package locally. Most International packages arrive within 21 days or less, but some may take longer if they are delayed in your local customs office due to backlog, holiday, or detailed inspection.
